For Indian Head and seated back massage loose comfortable clothing is most suitable. For Swedish massage you will need to remove your clothes leaving your underwear on if you prefer. I use soft towels to cover you, to protect your modesty and keep you warm.
I use best quality natural massage oils. I also use a range of essential oils blended by Pepperfit.
At our initial consultation I will ask if you have any medical conditions. I may need to do range of movement tests and a postural assessment. The results will allow me to assess what massage is appropriate and whether massage to some parts of your body should be avoided.
At the initial consultation we will talk about what you want to achieve with your massage and if there are some parts of your body on which you wish me to concentrate. I will then produce a treatment plan and talk this through with you to ensure you are completely comfortable with my suggestions.
